Doctor's Appointment Update:
We went back to re-check Emersen's weight, which - WAHOO! - is up to her birth weight and then some. She weighed 11 lbs 6.5 oz. So our doctor gave us the go ahead to let her sleep as long as she will sleep at night. This obviously makes us very excited! I'm not expecting a full night's sleep right away of course, but more than 2 hours at a time will be awesome.
We also got a prescription for Zantac to try for her digestive issues after eating. Since she's had fussiness after eating and even spitting up, if only a little, he said we could try it. And other fussiness between the hours of 7pm and 10pm he says is colic. And that we can expect is to end probably in about 4 -6 weeks. Such is life.
At least she's cute!
